Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom or made-to-order gowns and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This includes items customized for sizing, color, or design preferences.
We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing guide and requesting a virtual consultation before placing your order.
Standard (Non-Custom) Items
Eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [email] within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will prioritize resolving the issue with an exchange or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders (especially custom ones) enter production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
